Who needs paper anymore when it can all be put put on the company website? The web is an excellent tool, but it should be remembered that it is only one way of getting your message across and that there may be other complimentary or better methods available.
Print is just another option.
Whether you require a simple business card, a sales brochure or a complete corporate image face lift the worst thing you can do is DIY.
While certain global software companies would like you to believe that you can do it all on your PC by yourself the truth of the matter is that the pre-press environment is a potential minefield. In short, if you don’t completely understand what you’re doing, don’t do it.
Not employing a qualified gas engineer or electrician to install your gas central heating or rewire your electrics would seem like madness to most people, but not employing a qualified and experienced designer when tackling a design issue for your business could end up with similarly catastrophic results for the image of your business.
